Any genuine journey towards self-knowledge requires taking responsibility for oneself, one’s life, and one’s destiny.

For 26 years, everything fell into place in a busy personal and professional life. I experienced various roles at a global aerospace industry leader as a procurement mission manager. Driven by the relational aspect in a dynamic economic context, I felt fulfilled in this world of perpetual challenges. However, over the years, my inner compass indicated a growing need to align with my true nature. 

This is when I discovered Sophrology, whose practice allowed me to understand my operating mechanisms and pay more attention to my aspirations. In 2011, I dared to make a change by training in this method for 2 years.

Since 2013, as a Sophrologist, I continue my personal explorations in line with my sensitivity. Enriched by my experiences in Sophrology, the foundation of my practice, as well as in vibrational and energetic Rose therapy, I offer to follow you on your path of evolution. 

My intention is to help you restore your wellbeing and bring forth your internal resources to make you more autonomous and fulfilled.

I receive clients at my office in the town of Melrand (56130). Upon request, I also provide home visits.
